Essay Freedom January 31, 2025
Imagine there is a world in which there are no fences...

Nature running wild and free.
This is where I would like to be.

No man woman no house,
just trees, and mountains my eyes arouse.

The sun is beaming in with warming rays.
The meadow is gleaming so green and lush.
The forest is inviting you with shadowy stays.
The birds, you hear them chirping in the bush.

All of this in perfect harmony,
as far as you ears and eyes can see.
No man, no woman to disturb the peace
unless he divides nature piece by piece.

I walk and am stopped by a straight line,
one of metal, wood and electricity.
Where is nature, nature are you fine?
with this separation,
with this unlawful decapitation.

A line to signal this is mine.
Tell me why is this fine?
There is nothing far and wide,
that signals you take "your" nature for a ride.

Only the posts tell that a man was here.
Tell me meagre man what do you fear?
That I like "your" nature more than you,
or is it to say, "oh, yeah I own land too..".

I wish I could tear down each and every fence,
to allow nature again to fully dance.
Smash them too pieces and burn them down,
banish the criminals responsible from town.
Liberate and unite what was torn apart.
Dividing nature, a criminal offence and never smart.
